This relatively small garden was another fine example of using the space you have to fill you and your family’s demands the garage was built of solid 4″ concrete block work with three layer felt roof. We cladded the front of the garage in composite wood effect tongue and grove cladding.

The ponds were constructed of 9″ solid brick and block work and acrylic viewing window in the front.

Inside the pond, we lined the block and brickwork with timber then fibre glassed the inside from top to bottom.

The garage was fitted out with power sockets and lights, along with light switches for the ponds water lights, waterfall lights and wall lighting, We also was able to fit all the ponds U.V filters and pond filters inside the garage for tidiness.

On the outside, we built a new timber decking along the back of the property and along the new garage.

The customer has young children and two dogs who all use the garden every day. We recommended installing imitating grass into the garden as there is no maintenance and it keeps the children and dogs feet clean when coming I and out of the garden.

We also build a large Wendy house down the side of the garden for the children to play in, it also comes in handy for storing the children’s toys.

All the timber is treated for long life all year round and looks lovely in the garden as a bespoke garden building.

Inside the house, we supplied and installed new windows. re rendered the tired old back wall, replaced the facias and soffits along with the guttering.

Total time on the project was around 6 weeks but was well worth it!
