Clever single story extension of a Modern new build house in the beautiful Harrods village estate of Hammersmith.
This already modern design newly built house needed extending to give our customers the space and luxury they wanted.
The addition to the rear and complete removal of the rear walls opened this property up in to a very luxurious home indeed.
Our customers new exactly what they wanted and we was very happy to help.
We built them the extension from top to bottom and removed all the internal walls.
We secured the structure of the house with bigger than God steels, giving a seamless transition from existing to new. We also supplied and fitted out the whole ground floor with underfloor heating, We worked closely with the kitchen company who supplied and installed the most beautiful family kitchen. The tile company fitted out the ground floor with beautiful floor tiles and the window company who supplied these wonderful timber bi fold doors, french doors, windows and giant bespoke timber lanterns did an amazing job to complement and finish this project.
The brick and block work was capped off with custom hand made copping stones that I installed.
We also installed a garden patio to compliment the new extension and freshly laid turf lawn.
This is by far the most modern finish I’ve been involved with and I love it!
